Driven by a passion for patient-centered care and a desire to integrate advanced technology into her practice, Dr. Taylor founded Derm Health to provide a more personalized and innovative approach to dermatologic care.

Derm Health is a luxury dermatology office offering personalized and attentive care to a small census of patients.
In order to provide the highest level of service and care Derm Health does not participate with insurance companies or Medicare. Patients with private insurance are encouraged to submit to their insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement but this is not guaranteed by Derm Health.
Derm Health is committed to integrated care and often collaborates with other specialists. In addition to dermatology our practice has a wellness & well-aging focus.
Derm Health operates on a mixed fee-for-service and membership model.

Cynthia Gerardi MD
Expert Cosmetic Dermatology & General Dermatology
Dr. Cynthia Gerardi is a board-certified dermatologist who treats patients of all ages with a specialty in cosmetic dermatology. She is a master injector with over 30 years of experience treating aging and sun-damaged skin.
Dr. Gerardi earned her degree in medicine from Cornell University School of Medicine. She did her internship at Northwestern University and her dermatology training at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and Assistant Clinical Professor at Mount Sinai Medical Center.
Dr Gerardi utilizes the latest in skin rejuvenation techniques and products to achieve and maintain a more youthful natural look.
Elliot Weiss MD
Expert Dermatologist & Cosmetic Dermatology
Elliot Weiss MD is a board certified dermatologist specializing in Mohs micrographic surgery, dermatologic surgery, cosmetic dermatology, and laser procedures. Dr. Weiss is a renowned expert and key opinion leader in rejuvenative dermatology with expertise in lasers and energy based devices. He practices in Southhampton and is exclusively at Derm Health for set clinics throughout the season.
Dr. Weiss graduated from Harvard University and earned his medical degree at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Following dermatology residency at Johns Hopkins, he completed a 2 year accredited Fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery for skin cancer, laser therapy, and cosmetic dermatology at Laser and Skin Surgery Center of New York.
